Assisting a Former Co-Worker with Maintaining at Her Condo

A former co-worker contacted me to help her with maintaining her daughter's condominium. The tasks included cleaning up the back patio, changing the HVAC filter, dusting off the fans and vents, cleaning out the dryer exhaust, and inspecting the batteries in smoke detectors. The most involved task was cleaning out the back patio because it was full of wet dirty leaves and various work out equipment.
